Warranty Terms and Conditions
We offer a 6-months warranty for every each of our watches. Warranty time period is 6 months from QC approved date.
Warranty is only applicable for NORMAL USAGE MOVEMENT. We do not cover a broken movement caused by accident or personal actions, such as: Try to open the wacth by yourself and fix it or drop the watch on a solid floor.
Any repair or modification you undertake yourself or is done by a 3rd party watch-smith/modder will invalidate your warranty with us, and any repairs you wish us to undertake will be a paid repair, including shipping both ways and the customs risk in shipping to us and us shipping it back to you.
We CANNOT hold responsible for water damage as there is no way of knowing whether you submerged your watch deeper than what was recommended by us in the product description.
We do not guarantee physical broken (for example, scratches or lost parts ect) caused by accident or personal actions.
We keep all invoices with date stated, therefore, we know your warranty period easily.
What is the warranty of the watches?
All watches come with 1 year movement warranty. In case a problem emerges, you can send the watch back to us and we will take care of it. The shipping cost for the return to China is covered by you and we will cover the repair as well as the return Airmail shipping cost from China to your address. In case you want to have the repaired watch shipped with a faster service than the Airmail shipping that we cover, the difference above $15 (Airmail shipping cost) shall be covered by you.
For example, if you want it shipped via DHL there would be $23 to top-up or if UK SHIPPING ($50) has to be used there would be $35 to top-up.
What happen if watch has problem after 1 year?
Actually we offer lifetime service FOR all watches we sold. but we will charge service fee (15usd) after 1 year free warranty period. IF parts need to change, we will charge cost too (will quote before change that part).
Are the watches waterproofed?
Yes, all our watches are 30 meters or 50 meters waterproofed. That is specific in the description in most listings. If not specified, the water resistance is 30 meters. Yet please note that you should make sure the crown and screws are well-tightened before your watch is in contact with water.
BUT WE don't suggest swim or have shower with any replica watch - there is risk from not close well crown or aged rubber Oring after daily use.
AND PLS NOTE: hot water shower or sauna is prohibit - that's same as genuine rolex - steam will harm any watches
What happens if my watch has water damage, am I still covered under the warranty?
Unfortunately not, we cannot be held responsible for water damage as there is no way of knowing whether crown 100% close well when using in water / whether you submerged your watch deeper than what was recommended by us in the product's description.

I lost a screw on my watch.
We can help you recover your lost screws for watches ordered by us. Please send us an image showing your missing screw as well as your order ID for the watch.
My watch does not keep a good time (moving too quickly/too slowly). What to do?
In some cases the movement just needs to be regulated by your local watchsmith. However, if you feel unsure about that, you can send the watch back to us and we will regulate/fix the movement for you. Just letting us know how much time your watch loses or gains and any extra information that you think we could find useful for the problem.
Who covers the shipping cost if I have to return the watch for repair?
According to our policy, the shipping cost for returning the watch for repair shall be covered by you. On our end, we will cover the movement repair and the return of the repaired watch back to your address by Airmail at our expense.
