Shipping Method
We ship worldwide offering several shipping methods to most of the countries. However, there are some exceptions which you may want to take a look at in case your country is in the list.
Countries we do not ship to: Brazil,and Switzerland.
Countries for which EMS shipping is compulsory: Australia, Norway, Sweden, Japan, Greece, Turkey and Malaysia.
Countries for which Aramex shipping is compulsory: Kuwait, Dubai and Qatar
Countries for which DHL shipping is compulsory: South Africa, UK and USA.
Countries for which DHL Paket (Triangle in Germany) is compulsory: Austria, Malta, Luxemburg, Portugal and Germany ect

What is DHL Paket (Triangle in Germany)?
DHL Paket (Triangle in Germany) is a service that is compulsory for the following countries: Austria, Germany, Luxemburg, Malta and Portugal ect and also recommended to the rest of the European countries. As you use the DHL Paket (Triangle in Germany) service, you will have your package shipped to our agent in the Germany first. Then your package will be processed and forwarded to your address. This way your package will practically arrive from the Germany and will pass the customs without problem.
How long does DHL Paket (Triangle in Germany) take?
Normally, the entire process takes about 12-16 days once you receive tracking number.
Can I add items to my current order that is not shipped yet?
Yes. If the status of your order is "Payment Received" or "QC images sent", you can add items so we can combine shipping for you. Just contact us what you want to add.
Do you use cheaper Airmail shipping?
Yes, we do but we try to avoid it as it is too slow and less safe. The shipping cost for Airmail shipping is $15. However, delivery may take up to 20-30 days so we recommend that mainly for parts orders.
If watches sent from me have been lost in the post or custom problems what to do?
Usually my policy is a 50/50 share of loss.
If a watch has been lost in post or custom,I will send replacement at half price of the watch.
Or I will send refund at half price.
I cannot track the package with the tracking number provided.
We will send you the tracking number as soon as it is processed by our shipping agent. Please note that this is just a bit earlier before the item ships from Hong Kong. Hence, it may take 24-48 hours before you are able to check the tracking number on the...
I have chosen DHL Paket (Triangle in Germany) and my watch is in the Germany now. What’s next?
Once your watch has arrived at our Germany Partner’s facility, it needs to be processed and prepared for the new shipping. All that will take about 2-4 business days on average. So if your package has arrived, say, on Thursday afternoon, you can expect the tracking number by Monday or Tuesday afternoon of the following week.
It’s been too long since my watch was shipped and I do not have it yet.
If you received the tracking number more than 15 days ago and you have not received your package yet, please contact with us so we can check for you.
My package seems to be going to a wrong address.
In case the tracking number we have sent shows that the package is not going to the address you have provided, please contact us immediately so we can react accordingly.
My watch has just been shipped. When to expect it now?
It depends on the shipping courier used. If EMS is used, it will usually take 8-12 days. With DHL/Aramex, it will take about 5-8 days; and if DHL Paket (Triangle in Germany) is used, delivery time may be 12-16 days. Please note that delivery times may vary widely, especially if your customs take longer time to process packages.
Receive an Empty box ?
You should never sign the package if you receive an empty box from the post office or DHL. You must reject the pacakge to the courier and report to DHL or Post office regarding the problem that the weight of the box does not match the weight record of the package.

The status of my order has been “QC images approved, Pending Shipment” for too long.
Sometimes our shipping agent may need up to 2-3 business days to process the packages and provide the tracking number so please stay patient. In case your status “QC Images approved, Pending Shipment” has not changed for over 2-3 business days, please contact us so we can give you an update.
What happens if my package gets stuck or seized in customs?
Even though this happens rarely because we know how to minimize the chance for it to happen, you should not worry even when it does. In most cases it will simply cause a little delay in delivery and nothing more than that. If other cases, your customs may require an invoice for the purchase – feel free to contact us and we will provide one for you! In the worst case-scenario (and the extremely rare one), you will receive a letter that your package has been detained or seized. If that happens, please contact us and explaining what happened and sending the customs letter as an attachment.
If your package is sezied by customs by our "Suggested shipping method" ,
Usually my policy is a 50/50 share of loss.
I will send replacement at half price of the watch. Or I will send refund at half price.
**Please make sure shipping address is correct and that there is someone to receive the package if you are not around. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if address wrong / or you do not receive your package due to the fact you were not around to pick it up.**
