I have not received QC Images of all items ordered. Why?
Sometimes when you order consists of multiple items, we can source some of them very quickly and the rest of them will take your time. We will always specify in the QC email with the items obtained when you can expect the images for the “pending” items. If that has not been prompted, please feel free to reply the QC email asking when you can expect the QC Images for the other items.
I have paid for my order but I want a different watch. Can I change it?
Possible before watch sent out. BUT once sent out can't change anymore
It has been over 4-5 business days and I have not received any QC Images. Why?
In some cases we need a little more time than 4-5 business days to source your watch. Usually, the reason is a delay caused by the factory or just because we got some watches for you but they did not pass our in-house tests so we had to return them and wait for another piece. Anyways, for all cases in which QC Images are not sent within 5 business days of our receiving your payment, you can contact us so we can inform you about the reason for that as well as when you can actually expect the images.
The status of my order is changed to “QC images sent” but I have not received anything?
If your status is changed to “QC Images sent” and you do not see anything in your inbox, please check your spam folder too. In case you can’t find anything there, contact us so we can resend the images.
When can I expect to receive the QC Images of my watch?
QC images are sent within 4-5 business days of our receiving your order and payment. In case you paid more than 5 days ago and you do not have the QC Images yet, please contact us.
